TINAKULA VOLCANIC ERUPTION CONTAMINATES WATER, RESIDENTS LIVING ON COCONUTS!
The Tinakula volcano, located on the Santa Cruz Islands, continues to erupt, emitting toxic ash fall into the water supplies of nearby residents in Solomon Islands.
After about five years of calm, Tinakula erupted on October 21, 2017, at 01:10 UTC, and has continued emitting ash with strombolian activity. Ash reached 35,000 feet and flowed in an easterly direction.
Residents abandoned Tinakula in 1971, when a major eruption and tsunami occurred, but nearby residents on Solomon Islands are facing a critical situation, without safe water to drink. Those whose safe water supplies have been used are depending on coconut milk, until clean water can be shipped to the islands, due to the current “no fly zone” restrictions.
Let’s pray for them, because it is excruciatingly painful to be thirsty and without water.
Storing water, no matter where you live in this day and hour, is essential. We can’t live more than a few days without water, folks.
In a real crisis, if water becomes toxic, or cannot be pumped due to an attack on the electrical grid, gangs of thugs would be roaming the streets to kill people and steal their water!
Jesus said to His disciples before He ascended, knowing the Romans would invade Jerusalem:
“Then He said unto them, But now, he who has a purse (supply bag), let him take it, and likewise his scrip (wallet), and he who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one” Luke 22:36.
Peter prophesied concerning the last days:
“I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath, blood, fire and vapor of smoke” Acts 2:19.
