Broadway – the Matthew 25 song – Sherri Youngward (lyrics below)

שבת שלום

Shabbat Shalom = A Peaceful Sabbath

Jesus said,

“When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’ Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me. Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me. Then they also will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life” Matthew 25:31-44

THE MATTHEW 25 SONG

Silently she watches as the cars go by

The minutes turn to hours

And she tries not to cry

It seems no one remembered to come take her home

Its been years now

Still she waits alone

A young boy begs for money

On the corner of the street

I see him almost everyday

But our eyes never meet

I wonder where you came from

I wonder where you’ll go

I wonder if you disappeared

If anyone would know

You were hungry

You were thirsty

You were lonely

And afraid

You were crying

And no one heard you

You were dying and no one came

Ill never forget you

Your face is etched in my mind

You held out your hand

And I just tossed you a dime

Sitting on the sidewalk

With those eyes so blue

Id give anything for another chance

Just to talk to you

(Chorus)

Father forgive me

I know not what I do

When I walk through this life

When I walk right by you

These faces and memories

These places Ive been Lord

Help me to see You when I see them again

(Repeat Chorus)

Salvation is offered to everyone who repents of sin and receives Jesus as their Lord and Savior, unless a person crosses a line with God, to the point of becoming reprobate, having no conscience (Romans 1:21-32; Hebrews 6:4-6). Now is the time of salvation for everyone; tomorrow, or even the next hour, could be too late.

Hundreds of Bible prophecies have been fulfilled and those remaining shall surely come to pass. Are you prepared to stand before God and give an account of the life you have lived on this earth (Revelation 20:12-15)? If not, salvation is only a prayer away. Please visit the How Can I Be Saved page – your eternal destiny depends on it. God bless you.

“The Spirit and the bride say, Come; and let him who hears say, Come; and let him that is athirst come, and whosoever will, let him take of the water of life freely” Revelation 22:17
