Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, who received asylum from the Ecuadorian Embassy in London since 2012, for fear of torture and prosecution in the United States, was turned over to British police Thursday, April 11, 2019, on an extradition request by the US.
Breitbart.com reported that US officials discussed extradition of Assange in exchange for Ecuador’s debt relief.
