Shabbat Shalom = A Peaceful Sabbath
The Word tells us,
“Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, Oh Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace and He will deliver us from your hand, oh king; but if not, let it be known to you, oh king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up…Then these men were bound in their coats, their trousers, their turbans and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. Therefore, because the king’s command was urgent, and the furnace exceedingly hot, the flame of the fire killed those men who took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego. And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. Then King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished and he rose in haste and spoke, saying to his counselors, Did we not cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said to the king, True, oh king. Look! he answered, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God” Daniel 3:16-18, 21-25
Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego were all faithful men of God and they refused to bow down and worship the golden image of King Nebuchadnezzar, so he had them thrown into a fiery furnace. Jesus stepped in there with them and they were not burned, not even their hairs or garments were singed (read the whole story in Daniel 3)!
God is faithful to rescue His children, especially when His children are faithful to Him.
Salvation is offered to everyone who repents of sin and receives Jesus as their Lord and Savior, unless a person crosses a line with God, to the point of becoming reprobate, having no conscience (Romans 1:21-32; Hebrews 6:4-6). Now is the time of salvation for everyone; tomorrow, or even the next hour, could be too late.
Hundreds of Bible prophecies have been fulfilled and those remaining shall surely come to pass. Are you prepared to stand before God and give an account of the life you have lived on this earth (Revelation 20:12-15)? If not, salvation is only a prayer away. Please visit the How Can I Be Saved page – your eternal destiny depends on it. God bless you.
“The Spirit and the bride say, Come; and let him who hears say, Come; and let him that is athirst come, and whosoever will, let him take of the water of life freely” Revelation 22:17
