Original song by Sinach Joseph
(Shabbat Shalom = A Peaceful Sabbath)
This is what happens when the presence of the Holy Ghost is in our midst!
“And when the Day of Pentecost had fully arrived, they were all (the followers of Jesus) with one accord in one place, and suddenly there came a sound from heaven like a rushing mighty wind and it filled the whole house where they were sitting; and there appeared cloven tongues like fire and it sat upon each of them and they were filled with the Holy Ghost and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance…Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine. Peter stood up with the eleven, lifted up his voice and said to them, You men of Judea, and all who dwell in Jerusalem, know this and listen to my words: These are not drunk, as you suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day, but this is that which was spoken by the Prophet Joel: It shall come to pass in the last days, says God, I will pour out in those days of My Spirit on all flesh and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions and your old men shall dream dreams; and on My servants and on My handmaidens I will pour out in those days of My Spirit and they shall prophesy” Acts 2:1-4, 13-18.
If you attend church where you aren’t feeling the presence and power of God, as these people experience, you may want to consider asking God to lead you to a congregation where the Holy Ghost is present, where people worship God in Spirit and in Truth. Above all things, make certain the church believes in the foundational doctrine of Christ: Salvation, Sanctification, Baptism in the Holy Ghost (Acts 2), Water Baptism, Holiness, Divine Healing, Holy Sacrament, Manifestation of the Gifts of the Spirit (1 Corinthians 12).
God bless you with Truth and Light.
